The Very Necessary Medical ID Card will provide vital information about your current medical condition, doctors treating you, any drug or food allergies and more about your personal medical history including insurance carrier, blood type, past surgeries and illnesses, printed on a card similar to a credit card which you can keep in your wallet at all times.
