New Hope Valley Railway Operations and Schedule
The trains that are run on the New Hope Valley Railway are operated by volunteers who have been trained to operate the equipment in a professional manner. If you have any questions concerning the railroad or museum, you are encouraged to ask one of these persons.

Museum Hours
The equipment on display at the museum is available for viewing during normal daylight hours, however the museum is only staffed on Wednesday's, Work Days, Train Ride Days, and Group Ride Days. We are working on a self-guided tour for the convenience of those wishing to visit the museum on unstaffed days. Bonsal is located between Merry Oaks and New Hill on old US 1. See Directions on how to get to the museum

Facilities
Raleigh's Old Time Bar-B-Que restaurant will operate food service onsite. Menu includes barbeque sandwiches, hot dogs, drinks and snacks. There are picnic tables on the grounds.
